Come join Creeds Ruritan club, community leaders, and local community members for a Bar-B-Que fundraiser to benefit restoration and preservation of the historic Pleasant Ridge School located adjacent to Asbury United Methodist Church at 1392 Princess Anne Rd. Virginia Beach, VA 23457.
Tickets are available for a $20.00 donation from Creeds Ruritan club members, select community members, and are also available through the Creeds Ruritan webpage online store. If you are unable to attend the BBQ, please consider a one-time donation available through our online store.
This important landmark has withstood the tests of time, but it needs our help to keep going. Local community leaders funded and completed the last renovation in 1997. It’s time once again for the community to come together to preserve and learn from this view into the past.
