Congratulations to Mrs. Flanagan accepts the Teacher of the Year award from the Creeds Ruritan Club's Scholarship Chairman Robin Davenport.

Mrs. Jeanie Flanagan was chosen by the teachers of Creeds Elementary Teacher of the year.  She had been teaching 3rd grade at Creeds ES six years.  She was chosen by her colleagues because the exemplifies the best of what a teacher should be.  She loves her students unconditionally and believes that everyone can and will succeed.  She creates a welcoming and family like culture in her classroom while maintaining the highest of standards for student learning.
